The Vassa is a special season of spiritual cultivation. During these three months, the Sangha remains in one place, following a tradition established by the Buddha over 2,500 years ago. It is a time to renew our commitment to the Noble Eightfold Path, strengthen wholesome qualities, and deepen our understanding of the Dhamma through consistent and mindful practice.
Join us this Vassa as we cultivate the Dhamma together through learning, meditation and mindful practice.
