When some of us were kids, when we noticed our vision got blur, we went to get a pair of spectacles made, and it clarified our vision once again. But many of us still see the world in a blur even after putting on spectacles! The Buddha prescribed a pair of spiritual lenses for all who were willing to use them, and with that, many people were able to solve the problem of suffering, a problem that has plagued humanity for millenia. Join us to find out what this spiritual lens is and how it benefits you in everyday life.

Since its inception in 1985, the Buddha Dhamma Mandala Society (BDMS) has been dedicated to making known the teachings of the Buddha. The Society organises talks and courses, observes and performs Buddhist celebrations, and publishes books to encourage the study and practice of Buddhism. We also have other sites where we post updates and Dhamma material - our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
