About this place
Nyingma Kathok Buddhist Centre (NKBC) was founded in 2003 by a group of Singaporean Buddhists who were interested to practise Tibetan Buddhism of Nyingma tradition. Its instituition is affiliated with the Kathok Monastery, one of the oldest and most important monasteries of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism.
NKBC also offers a variety of programs and activities for practitioners of tantra. It also has a library with a wide range of books on Buddhism and related topics.

Who are the resident lamas of the Centre?
The resident lamas of Nyingma Kathok Buddhist Centre are Chizong and Jigme, whom were sent by HH (His Holiness) Lhoga Rinpoche and have completed their religious studies at Kathok Monastery.
