We are delighted to invite you to the upcoming December session of Seeds of Wisdom. โธ๏ธ
Have you ever tried to sit quietly, only to be ambushed by a flood of thoughts โ worries, regrets, old stories? In this session, Sayalay Sujata guides us through a powerful teaching from the Buddha, the Vitakkasaแนแนญhฤna Sutta, which offers a clear and practical way to work with unhelpful thoughts instead of being overwhelmed by them.
This will be an experiential and hands-on session, combining Buddhist wisdom with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Through guided reflections and real-time practice, youโll learn how to navigate difficult thoughts more wisely and compassionately โ and discover what brings genuine peace to your own mind.
