About this event
šŖ· Three Paths. One Buddha.
What does it actually mean to practise TheravÄda, MahÄyÄna or VajrayÄna Buddhism? And beyond the labels, what might each tradition offer someone seeking freedom from suffering? š
Join us for an open conversation with three lay practitioners, each representing one of these traditions.
Rather than a history lesson, weāll hear their personal journeys: how they encountered Buddhism, what drew them to their tradition, how they practise, and what they have come to understand about the Buddhist path. š
