Understanding the Traditions

27 September 2026, 02:00 PM - 27 September 2026, 04:00 PM

About this event

🪷 Three Paths. One Buddha.

What does it actually mean to practise Theravāda, Mahāyāna or Vajrayāna Buddhism? And beyond the labels, what might each tradition offer someone seeking freedom from suffering? šŸ™

Join us for an open conversation with three lay practitioners, each representing one of these traditions.

Rather than a history lesson, we’ll hear their personal journeys: how they encountered Buddhism, what drew them to their tradition, how they practise, and what they have come to understand about the Buddhist path. šŸ”Ž
