About this event
🪷 Three Paths. One Buddha.
What does it actually mean to practise Theravāda, Mahāyāna or Vajrayāna Buddhism? And beyond the labels, what might each tradition offer someone seeking freedom from suffering? 🙏
Join us for an open conversation with three lay practitioners, each representing one of these traditions.
Rather than a history lesson, we’ll hear their personal journeys: how they encountered Buddhism, what drew them to their tradition, how they practise, and what they have come to understand about the Buddhist path. 🔎
