One Day Mindfulness-Purification Retreat 一日正念禅修

Step away from the busyness of daily life and spend a day in quiet mindfulness and inner reflection. Through sitting, walking, and standing meditation, noble silence, and guided contemplation, participants will cultivate calm, clarity, compassion, and inner peace in a supportive and contemplative environment.

Suitable for meditators with basic training and those inclined towards Buddha-name or mantra recitation.

暂时放下日常生活的忙碌与纷扰，在宁静的正念与内在观照中度过一天。透过静坐、经行、站禅、止语及引导式观修，参与者将在安静与支持性的环境中，培养平静、清明、慈悲与内心的安宁。

适合已具备基础禅修训练者，以及对佛号持诵或咒语持诵有兴趣者。
