Join Venerable Thubten Chodron and the Sravasti Abbey monastics for a 4-month teaching series on the Three Higher Trainings—ethical conduct, concentration, and wisdom. The three higher trainings form the foundation of the Buddhist path and are essential for any sincere practitioner walking the path to awakening.
Rooted in the core teachings of the Buddha, this series explores how to live a life free from harm (ethical conduct), cultivate a steady and focused mind (concentration), and develop deep insight into reality (wisdom) so as to be of greatest benefit to all beings.
Each episode bridges classical teachings with lived experience, supporting reflection and application in daily life.
