Join us for an inspiring evening of Dhamma with Rev. Guruwala Suseela Thero, Resident Monk of Bodhiraja Buddhist Society, Singapore. Bhante will share how the practice of loving-kindness (mettā) can become a foundation for developing insight (vipassanā), guiding us towards greater wisdom, inner peace, and freedom from suffering. Whether you are new to Buddhism or have been practising for many years, all are warmly welcome.
