Basic Buddhism Course (Dharma and Cultivation) Module Two
About this event
Following the wonderful response to Module One, Module Two is designed to take your Dharma journey even deeper. Unlike traditional Dharma classes that focus mainly on theory, this course (in English) offers practical tools to bring mindfulness, clarity and personal growth into your daily life.
Participants will explore essential Buddhist teachings and learn how to apply them effectively at work, in relationships and for overall well-being.
Haven’t attended Module One? No worries — Module Two is open to all, including new participants. The content is designed to be accessible and beneficial even if you are joining us for the first time.
To support a more reflective and interactive learning experience, each intake is kept to a small group. This enables more meaningful exchanges and ensures that each participant receives personalised guidance throughout the course.
🗓 Course Dates: 10, 17, 24, 31 October (Friday)
📍 Time: 7pm-9pm

About the organiser
We are a contemporary Buddhist community committed to making the Dharma accessible in English. While many Mahāyāna teachings are traditionally shared in Mandarin, our Vihāra provides a welcoming environment for practitioners to explore the Dharma in a language that resonates with them. By integrating traditional teachings with modern perspectives, we offer an approach to Buddhist practice that is both relevant and meaningful in today’s world.
Rooted in core Buddhist values such as mindfulness, ethical living, and selfless service, we support one another in cultivating wisdom and compassion. Through study, meditation, and compassionate action, we walk the path of inner transformation—together.
