Overview
We are a close-knit family under the guidance of the Buddhist Dharma. We strive to lead by example to make the world a better place, and we welcome all who are curious to learn and grow with us. We learn how to be mindful by practising Dana (giving), Sila (virtue) and Bhavana (cultivation) in meditation and action, whilst living in a modern society. The Buddha had encouraged his disciples to “come and see” his teachings for themselves and to witness the fruits of this practice through direct experience, we welcome you to come and see for yourself too.
