About this event
17th Chill & Meditation is a friendly meditation gathering for beginners, friends, and anyone who is interested to learn and practise meditation together.
This session is designed for those who are new to meditation or have just started. Dr Ng Wai Chong, an experienced meditator, will share the basics of meditation in a simple and approachable way.
The session is kept comfortable and casual, with the intention of helping new meditators connect with experienced meditators, ask questions, and support one another in their practice.
