Fu Hui Buddhist Cultural Centre (FHBCC) was established by the late Venerable Yen Pei in 1986. FHBCC is a registered charity, which promotes moral education based on the Buddhist teachings, appreciation and understanding of Buddhist culture, as well as community welfare services.
