朝山千古事，天地一头陀。朝山是历代高僧历境炼心的一种修持法门，流传至今成为三步一拜，每一拜都是对佛陀的礼敬。
这个卫塞节，光明山普觉禅寺诚邀大众参与三步一拜，共同体验这份殊胜的法喜。
愿每一次跪拜，击碎贡高我慢；
愿每一滴汗水，滋养菩提心苗；
愿额头触地的瞬间，照见心莲的绽放；
如莲花出淤泥而不染，让我们以谦卑为根，以精进为叶，绽放智慧之花。
Through the ages, Buddhist monks embarked on long and arduous pilgrimages to sacred mountains, seeking to refine their minds and honour the Buddha. From their devotion, the “Three Steps, One Bow” practice emerged — a journey of humility, repentance and inner transformation.
With every three steps, we bow — shedding arrogance, purifying the heart and deepening our connection to the Dharma.
This Vesak, take part in this sacred tradition. Step by step, bow by bow, let us cultivate wisdom and compassion together.
May each bow dissolve arrogance and pride.
May every drop of sweat nourish the sprout of Bodhi.
May the moment the forehead touches the ground illuminate the blooming lotus of the mind.
Like a lotus rising unstained from the mud, let us take humility as our root, diligence as our leaves, and wisdom as our blossom.

Tickets are given on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to two tickets per person. Overnight on-site queuing is not allowed. While stocks last. - 没有参加券者可于当天晚上10时至无相殿排队参加公开组。
For those without tickets, you can join the public group starting from 10pm at the Hall of No Form.

Please ensure that you arrive at the designated time. Latecomers will not be allowed to cut in line. - 若遗失或忘记携带参加券，请参加晚上10时以后的公开组。

About the organiser
Founded in 1921, KMSPKS is one of the first traditional Chinese forest monasteries in Singapore. Today, the monastery sits on 75,470 square metres – equivalent to the size of almost 11 football fields – and is one of the most significant and renowned monasteries in Southeast Asia. Over the years, we have grown dynamically in Dharma propagation, community involvement and religious harmony efforts. Today, we are a community of Buddhists who come together to learn, practise and share the teachings of the Buddha.
光明山普觉禅寺（KMSPKS）是新加坡人的心灵避难所。在此可学习到佛陀所教导的智慧与慈悲、实习正念、培植并增长报恩、谦卑及愉悦欢喜心。本寺创立于1921年，是新加坡十方丛林之始。现今寺院占地75,470平方公尺，总面积约等于11个足球场；是东南亚最驰名的寺院之一。这些年来我们致力于推动佛法传播、参与社区活动，及努力促进宗教和谐。时至今日，我们已成为众佛教徒，一起学习，实践及分享佛法的道场。
